Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The Crystal Sourcing Index ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Independent Directory
The Crystal Sourcing Index is an independent third-party registry. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers and do not warrant any supplier's products, claims, or fulfillment.
3. Buyer Use
Buyers may submit quote requests, browse listings, and submit reviews. Quote requests must reflect genuine sourcing intent. Fraudulent or competitive-intelligence requests will be removed and accounts banned.
4. Supplier Use
Suppliers may claim listings, respond to quote requests, and upgrade to Verified Seller. Suppliers must provide accurate company information, honor published MOQs, and respond to verified buyer inquiries within 5 business days.
5. Reviews
Aggregated Web Consensus reviews are compiled from publicly available sources for informational purposes. User-submitted reviews must reflect genuine buyer experiences. We reserve the right to moderate, label, or remove reviews that violate community standards.
6. Verified Seller Subscription
Verified Seller is billed monthly at $49 USD. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued for billing errors only.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and structure are owned by The Crystal Sourcing Index. Supplier-submitted content remains owned by the supplier, who grants us a license to display it on the platform.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any specific commercial outcome from listings or quote requests.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Crystal Sourcing Index shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or from any transaction between a buyer and a supplier.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to registered account holders. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
