We use information to route quote requests to matching suppliers, verify supplier identities, moderate reviews, send transactional emails, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Sharing with Suppliers

When you submit a quote request, your business name, contact email, and sourcing specs are shared with up to 5 matched suppliers. Suppliers must accept our Terms before receiving any buyer data.

5. Aggregated Reviews

Reviews labelled 'Aggregated Web Consensus' are compiled from publicly available sources. Suppliers may respond publicly but cannot remove third-party reviews from public sources.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use first-party cookies for session management and privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.

7. Data Retention

Buyer quote requests are retained for 24 months. Supplier listing data is retained for the duration of the listing plus 12 months after cancellation.
